DRAFT TERMS
Clear operating limits before paid calls begin.
These working terms identify the product decisions that need legal review. They are not active customer terms.
Service scope
NeverMiss is planned as an AI receptionist and call-workflow platform for plumbing businesses. Features, supported routes, integrations and availability are limited to the customer’s active configuration and plan.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business information, service areas, hours, escalation destinations and lawful caller disclosures. They remain responsible for plumbing advice, diagnosis, dispatch, pricing, appointment fulfillment and emergency response.
AI limitations
The service may misunderstand speech or fail to complete a provider action. Customers must test configurations, monitor outcomes and maintain a fallback. The receptionist is not a licensed plumber and must not be configured to provide repair instructions.
Usage and charges
Plans will include controlled AI minutes and may include overage. Final allowances, rounding, taxes, payment terms, failed-payment grace, cancellation and number handling are approved before checkout activates. Unlimited AI voice is not offered.
Trial and abuse
Trials and public demos use call, minute, concurrency and spend limits. The platform may restrict abusive, unlawful, fraudulent or unsafe use.
Data and recording
Customers must select recording and retention settings appropriate to their operation and jurisdiction. The production terms and privacy notice define provider roles, data rights, security commitments and deletion.
