Connected number identifies the correct business and published configuration.
HOW IT WORKS
From your business rules to an answered call.
NeverMiss prepares the repetitive parts, but the plumbing owner verifies every fact before the receptionist handles live traffic.
SETUP
A receptionist prepared from public facts—and approved by you.
Website scanning reduces typing. It never silently publishes extracted information.
- 01
Enter three basics
Business website, business name and current phone number start the setup.
- 02
Review suggested facts
Services, hours, locations and FAQs appear with their public source for accept, edit or reject.
- 03
Set the rules
Choose greeting, ZIP coverage, emergency handling, transfer destination, hours and notifications.
- 04
Make a test call
Hear the unpublished configuration and correct it before connecting live traffic.
ON EVERY CALL
The conversation stays tied to a verifiable action.
Natural conversation gathers only the facts the plumbing workflow needs.
ZIP, safety, lead and transfer tools return explicit success or failure.
Summary, urgency, caller, request and next action appear in one record.
How phone setup works
The first pilot mode connects a number directly to the AI receptionist. Existing-number forwarding or porting is planned per carrier and tested before use. No business should redirect its primary line until the greeting, transfers, fallback and webhook records pass a live test.
What happens after hang-up
Signed provider events enter an idempotent inbox. A background worker normalizes the final duration, transcript policy, intent, urgency, outcome, lead, transfer and usage. Duplicate or out-of-order events cannot create duplicate leads or billed minutes.
